CMA is based in Udine, Italy celebrating their 26 year anniversary of designing and building automated Robotic spraying cells for the perfect application of paint, clear coatings, adhesive materials on furniture components, chairs, doors, and windows. CMA offers turn-key conveyance of individual parts or assembled furniture, cabinets, or even coffins. Using "self-teaching" technology any experienced sprayer can teach the robot proper spraying motion and coverage to a saved program. Robotic Solutions was formed in 2017 with a plan to bring robotics to the wood industry. As a system partner for Kuka Robotics (Germany), we offer solutions for various production processes with stationary, autonomous mobile, and collaborative robots. Applications include: machine tending, palletizing, part-flipping, sanding, transporting parts and assembly.
