The current hiring model has companies leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS) to effectively manage candidate selection and screening activities because the process is inefficient with 80% of interviews resulting in no job offer. These ATS applications are programmed to reject 75% of applicants which sustains the ATS paradox: drive efficiency by narrowing the applicant pool so much that it precipitates a need to find more candidates. Candidates gain better control over their narrative and are no longer stuck behind the ATS firewall. Machine and human biases are reduced. Candidates also earn INT ERC20 utility tokens for participating on the network.
