We set out to develop a recruitment company that served the ambitions and requirements of the BPO and Contact Centre industry. Our vision is to deliver a sharp commercial model, sharing the risk and the reward whilst optimizing operational excellence equally to our candidates and clients. The journey started with executive recruitment in both UK and SA, moving into front line operations, back-office support functions which rapidly grew our presence in the BPO and Contact Centre sector, delivering what we believe to be the only single point recruitment specialist within our sector. Navigating through covid our people, business and technology developed quickly enabling Spencer Joseph to present an agile and athletic approach to recruitment Our Value proposition: Technology- will never own the process but using it at certain points of the supply chain we have harnessed AI and our human process to deliver a full end to end recruitment delivery process. We use a number of social media platforms and selection processes and have built an amazing ability to predict rates on “people that want the role” and “people that will stay in the role” People- Our people love working with people, within your organisation- The heart of the Contact Centre & BPO industry has been, and will always be our mainstay. We have specific channels of recruitment and an amazingly skilled group of individuals that do this every day. Commercials- we are the sharpest- We don’t see any other specialist BPO & Contact Centre recruiter that can offer delivery under every facet of the contact centre estate, a variety of rates both fixed and percentage driven, combined with a combination of risk sharing rebate terms. Environmental- we took a decision to close our office shortly before the second outbreak of COVID-19. I am so glad that we did.
