AROS Consulting is part of Louisiana Tech University’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology doctoral program in Ruston, LA and is managed by faculty and graduate students. Its purpose is to assist organizations in the development of cost effective solutions. Our core philosophy is the belief that organizations have the expertise and knowledge to find their own solutions if provided the tools and structure to do so. By developing partnerships with organizations through process consultation, we work to develop synergistic relationships aimed at providing organizations with the tools needed to achieve their goals.
