Kleenco Group and Armstrong Building Maintenance, two of Hawaii’s leading longtime providers of commercial cleaning and building maintenance services, merged in 2022 to provide enhanced operations as The Facilities Group Hawaii, which remains locally owned and operated by partners Scott Paul and Tom Tokars.
