Mojo allows independent coffee shops to offer their customers the ability to order ahead. In Q4 2017, 11% of Starbucks transactions were made through their order ahead app; coffee-drinkers now expect the convenience of ordering with their phone and skipping the line. Even though the majority of consumers prefer shopping local, they value their time more. Mojo will increase revenue for local coffee shops by retaining customers and increasing the number of transactions they make.
