Our History Our founders’ boast over 50 years of professional experience in the school science supplies industry – with a long focus on biological supplies – their relative was the British ecological geneticist, E. B. Ford FRS FRCP. A leader in the research of evolution and genetics, Emeritus Professor of Ecological Genetics, University of Oxford, Darwin medal recipient – Ford is best known for his work on genetic polymorphism and specifically moths, like the Peppered Moth from which Darwin Biological's logo is derived.
