Membership is available at the levels of student, associate, general and honorary. OBJECTIVES The objectives of HRMAJ are to: * Promote and encourage the collection, development and dissemination of information relating to the practice, experience and results of human resource development and management in Jamaica. * Facilitate networking among HRD/HRM professionals and practitioners. * Provide accreditation for HR professionals and practitioners. * Foster improved public understanding about the role, potential and need for human resource development and its relevance to national development. * Promote and facilitate the professional development of members. * Encourage research and analysis into human resource management issues with a view to contributing to national discussion and policy development. * Establish and nurture standards of performance, efficiency and ethics in the human resource field.
