Real Estate Consulting Services Limited (RECS) is a collaborative Property Management Consulting and Contracting practice. Our primary objective is to help and support our clients in all things property management, specialising in solving problem and leading in best practice to resolve matters effectively and efficiently. RECS started in early 2020 (prior to Covid-19). While the timing of our venture was not ideal, we have and continue to be successful in these challenging times, expanding our client base and growing our business. Our clients include institutional landlords, property management agencies, facilities management providers and a few residential owners. Our Aim is to offer the Real Estate and property Management industry an alternative solution to problem solving. We get things done quickly and correctly, clearing those long running issues from your desk. We take a common sense approach, considering both the end objectives and your budget. In many cases, the work we do is outside of contract scopes, or requires additional expert resource which cannot be self delivered. We don’t aim to compete with service providers, but to provide excellent support and add value to your existing service provisions.
