OXEYE Advisors provides strategic advisory services and assistance in mergers, acquisitions and disposals to large as well as mid market clients in Western Europe, primarily with a Benelux angle. Whilst we have no sector limitation, our focus is on the Food & Consumer and Industrials & Construction sectors, as this is where we share the largest common experience. Together we successfully completed more than 150 advisory and fundraising transactions for clients with an aggregate value in excess of EUR 50 billion, and worked on many others.
