Jon and Darrell began with humble beginnings and a strong desire to serve their Customers and Principles with their very best efforts. Time goes fast and Jon retired in 2006 after an illustrious career and many wonderful contributions to the agency. Jerry Mills became a Partner with Darrell in 2007. In 2008 the sales representative agency re-invented itself into a sales and marketing consultancy with headquarters located in Lisle, IL and became known as Group MW. Our Vision To provide best-in-class service for each and every customer which maximizes our ability to be productive for our valued Principles in a work environment which is fulfilling for our associates. Our Mission We provide the marketing expertise coupled with sales energy and experience along with the right merchandising tools to assure the products we place on the retail shelf sell off the shelf.
