OB3 provides social research, evaluation and advisory services to public, voluntary and private sector organisations across a range of policy areas including: * Business support and access to finance * Education, training, employment and skills * Further and higher education * Social justice and promoting equality * Financial and digital inclusion * Regeneration and physical infrastructure * Rural Development * Welsh language, culture and tourism * Public service delivery, improvement and reform * Sustainable Development * Our services include: * Designing and implementing research and evaluation methodologies * Undertaking comprehensive desk based policy and literature reviews and rapid evidence assessments * Delivering qualitative research including face-to-face and telephone interviews, workshop and focus group facilitation * Delivering quantitative research including on-line surveys, telephone surveys (using our in-house bilingual telephone survey team) * Designing theories of change and logic models * Conducting fully independent formative, summative and meta evaluations that are HM Treasury Green Book and Magenta Book compliant * Undertaking strategic, organisation and core funding reviews including value for money assessments * Developing and consulting on strategic plans * Providing technical advice on project and programme design, development and self-evaluation * Analysing data, statistics, qualitative evidence and consultation responses Our researchers are highly experienced in preparing reports to Government Social Research standards and guidelines.
