This means no carpentry work on site, because the door fits every time. The frame and the door are only installed when all the construction work is finished, preventing all the cement and plaster work to damage the frame. Even the plastering and skirting are easier, because there is no pre-installed frame that you need to work around. Some architects have already started working like this in their drawings, but they had to give shopfitters the instructions how to manufacture and install this. We have developed this method to safe both the architects and builders on site time and money and yet have a beautiful end result. Architects save time, because we provide them with the needed AutoCAD blocks and Revit family. Which means they can start using these range of doors immediately. Builders save time, because they don't have to work with plaster and skirtings around the tiny corners of a pre-installed frame. The door installer saves time, because he doesn't have to plane the door or cut out the locks. All he does is install the frame and hang the door. With our modular architrave system the frames fit any wall thickness up to 330 mm. Our doors have optional fire and sound proofing, concealed door closer and peep hole.
