The Consortium Qld is a boutique hospitality group located on Brisbane’s bayside. Its flagship venue Tide on the Jetty is located on William Gunn Jetty at Manly, overlooking the glistening waters of Moreton Bay. The modern and sophisticated space has become a popular dining destination for both locals and visitors since its opening in 2016.
