The office choices available to agents, including poor commission splits, negative attitudes, lack of training, and technology, were clearly not meeting the demands of today's consumer. Owner John Lawrence envisioned an ideal real estate office – one founded on the idea of first-class client care, excellent training, and technology - that was ready to meet the needs of clients and agents. On December 1, 2006, WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Nickel Group opened for business, and in May, 2007, the company officially unveiled its state-of-the-art real estate office, unlike any other.
