In the meantime, we help increase the happiness of individuals and the community. Our goal is to build a network of support to help newcomers achieve their professional dreams and companies/corporations grow their businesses. We provide services to help newcomers with Career Development, Networking, Mentorship, Social Connection, and Tech Upskilling. We also provide the services to help entrepreneurs grow their business and help companies / corporations with diversifying their workforce and Cross-Cultural Training. The services at VCDC are in-kind/free! It's not the practice of making a living by engaging in this club. It's a kind act, i.e. kindness, "the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate" to help others achieve more (Oxford).
