CalmaMe is the first wellness wagon in the UK. The service we offer is very simple: we park our mental well-being centre outside local workplaces and the members of staff get to meditate/relax/de-stress independently for up to 20 minutes in one of the two beautiful pods which are situated inside the centre. The pods are separate from each other and they are each complete with a nice comfortable seat, noise reducing headphones and a tablet containing breathing exercises (great to overcome panic attacks and anxiety), mindfulness meditations (to help and teach people to take a step back and appreciate what they have in the present moment), guided visualizations (to feel calm and relaxed) and sounds of nature/healing sounds (for those who just want a timeout and relax). Thousands of people have been affected by mental health issues more than ever because of the unprecedented COVID situation across the globe, and we can help. We have Covid-19 procedures in place and have been assessed as safe by the Infection Control Team at Weston General Hospital.
