The Dorothy B. Hersh Foundation is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of special needs, and handicapped, and underprivileged children in the New Jersey area. The Foundation awards grants to qualifying organizations supporting capital expenditure programs and projects such as building improvements, specialized transportation vehicles, specialized equipment, as well as and the physical property needs of these children in terms of "brick and mortar" projects.
