Rosshaven Marine commenced operations in 1985 after securing the commitment from the Townsville Port Authority during a tender request. From this point, Rosshaven grew significantly to play an integral role as a major service facility for the Northern Australia region. In December 2012 Rosshaven Marine was sold to Entraco Marine Pty Ltd, an acquisition that has provided a base for the company's move into Australia, and built on its work to support the oil and gas and marine industries. Rosshaven Marine is constantly upgrading and keeping fully abreast of the latest advances in the industry in order to continue to provide the north's most efficient marine service and maintenance facility. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditation allows Rosshaven Marine’s scope of work to include repairs and maintenance to commercial , military, fishing and recreational vessels encompassing hull, engineering, hydraulic, shipwright, abrasive blasting, painting, mechanical, electrical, electronic and refrigeration trades. Rosshaven Marine is a Queensland Government Quality Assured supplier and an accredited shipbuilder under the Transport Operations Act 1994
