I work with different clienteles (teenagers and adults) and practice in a variety of clinical settings (private practice, corporate, and home visits). I offer individual, couple, family and group counselling services, all under the same roof. I meet with clients having a wide variety of issues and therapeutic needs that generally fall within three main categories: Relationship Problems, Mental Health Struggles and Everyday Life Difficulties. However, psychological issues are interconnected and often share the same underlying cause: The existential vacuum generated by the inability to be present and to occupy the moment is, to some degree or another, responsible for the problems, issues, and symptoms we experience.
