On 1 September 2015, we accomplished the merger between Argos and VARO Energy. As communicated then, both companies and its subsidiaries are integrated into one enlarged VARO Energy Group. Who we are? VARO Energy is an integrated oil refiner and supplier serving North West Europe, safely and efficiently. Our company comprises three core business areas: Refining, Storage & Logistics, and Distribution & Sales. In essence, we source crude oil for our refineries in Bavaria, Germany, and Cressier, Switzerland, where we manufacture products such as gasoline, diesel or heating oil. Then, we transport, store and distribute them to our customers in Benelux, France, Germany and Switzerland. VARO Energy is investing in this market by building a network of refineries, storage tanks and distribution channels to secure the reliable supply of oil products for heating, transportation, construction and the petrochemical industry in North West Europe.
