The Royal Institution of Naval Architects is an international professional society whose members are involved in the design, construction and repair of ships, boats and marine structures in over 90 countries. RINA organises an extensive programme of international conferences and training courses. It also publishes a range of internationally distributed technical journals providing up to date reports on developments in the global maritime industry. Through its international membership, publications and conferences, RINA provides a link between industry, universities and maritime organisations.
