Born on December, 1991 in Porto, Portugal, Sara began studying the piano at the age of eight with Patrícia Sousa. In the year 2006, she was admitted to the Oporto’s Music Conservatory, where he studied with Arminda Odete and Maria José Souza Guedes, and in 2010 she joined the Oporto’s School of Music and Performing Arts (ESMAE) in the class of professor Constantin Sandu. She has attended masterclasses with renowned pedagogues such as Fernando Puchol, Andrei Diev, Akiko Ebi, Luísa Tender, Katia Veekmans, Chin-Chuan Chang, Constantin Ionesco-Vovu , Erik Tawastsjerna, Jean-François Antonioli, António Moyano,Friedmann Rieger, Ralf Nattkemper, Joaquim Soriano and others. Sara has performed both solo and in chamber groups in the main Oporto rooms: Casa da Musica, Atheneum Commercial, ISEP Hall, FEUP Hall, Eng. António Almeida Foundation, Helena Sá e Costa Theatre, Teresa Macedo Hall and Palacio da Bolsa, as well as in Alcobendas Hall (Madrid) and Schloss Bieberstein (Fulda, Germany).
