Fairmount, a non-profit, church related facility, was founded in 1968 and is governed by a nine-member Board from the Weaverland Conference of the Old Order Mennonite church. All of Fairmount’s Skilled Nursing beds are licensed for Medicare and Medicaid. Fairmount’s policy is to serve all residents without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, religious creed, handicap or disability. Residents enjoy a panoramic view of Lancaster County and its beautiful farming community.
