Ampersand Foundation is a community of professionals who aim to enable the most talented Ukrainian students to achieve their career goals. As of 2022, more than 50 experienced professionals confirmed their membership as donors and mentors in the project (from Goldman Sachs, City, Google, Microsoft, Uber, McKinsey, Facebook; graduates from Harvard, MIT, LBS, Wharton; academics and businesspeople from more than 10 countries). We are raising funds to provide scholarships sponsoring education in Ukraine’s top universities. In addition to financial aid, we provide our recipients with mentorship and extensive networking opportunities, as well as organize events and activities to give a boost to their performance in the early stages of their careers. We are focusing on prominent companies in relevant industries, primarily, management consulting, tech, IB / PE, FMCG.
