I started working on my own invitation designs when I was looking for invitation ideas for my own wedding and found nothing that said "Alice". I wanted something that spoke to my love of contradiction, contract, and opposites. Something that would include organic shapes that dominate life. The finished product had to speak of great care and a completely unique experience in my guest's futures. An invitation is after all a guest's first impression of your event. I worked hard creating the perfect first project, and it left a lasting impression on those who saw it. From there I was asked to design birthday and baby shower invitations all completely unique to the guest of honor.
