Just as mentoring used to be a "taken for granted skill" of life in community that now need fostering, intergenerational conversation/dialogue is the way of the Koshare... At Ko~Sha~Rey Rhythms we approach this learning Process from a Holistic Wellness Circle A Wellness Circle that connects restorative sleep, diet, exercise and lifestyle ~~ particularly as it relates to the people most sensitive to daily life rhythms: wee ones and "eldsters" KR Therapeutics functions as a “Generations Manager” -- building bridges across age-spans and facilitating a better understanding of the diverse make-up of older active adults. We've created engagement projects as diverse as a mini-golf, barefoot path near a Senior Living Center in a small resort village on the Rhine (Bad Breisig) so grandparents and grandchildren could interact in the out-of-doors as well as staging the 1st Intergenerational Lawn Sport Triathlon (Lawn Bowl, Toequet and Disc Golf) in Veteran’s Park, Delray Beach, Florida. A primary focus is on educating client/participants and eliminating the risk of injury – while also improving movement efficiency with recreational therapeutic programs called ancient walking to primal rhythms, Back2Life and o-2-b-4 again.
