I've spent most of my life in transition. Then I married a US Marine, and experienced his transition back into the civilian workforce after a 20-year career. Years later I launched a new Transition Assistance Program at MCB Camp Pendleton, and wrote a masters thesis on the military to civilian workforce transition experience. I have a graduate degree in organization development and an entrepreneurial mindset. I understand business strategy, vision alignment and what makes people "tick." Today, I am commited to helping individuals, groups, leaders and organizations discover and navigate the necessary changes in order to thrive in today's global economy.
