We are here for people who want to use the power of business to bring positive change. But a change agent needs the right vehicle. The corporate vehicles of today have evolved to focus only on maximising shareholder value. This limits corporate vehicles to people who wish to build profit-orientated businesses as opposed to purpose-centric ones. Further, the alignment towards the maximisation of shareholder value means that entrepreneurs who initially set out to build purpose-orientated businesses will find it a constant challenge to stay on course.
