Our focus areas are technical management (NOC/SOC/DevOps/SRE teams, ISP/WISP design and operation, WiFi networks, and security) and business/services management (ISP/WISP business planning and startup, team restructuring, technical and customer support, call centers, account management, field service, and customer saves). Geographically we focus on North America, Asia-Pacific/South Pacific, and Sub-Saharan Africa. We are now based in Singapore, but have consultants in North America and Africa.
