The goal of Fight Like a Girl is to spread as much awareness about self-defense inside and outside of the Miami-Dade region. Mikayla Ashe took reign of this project from Alyssa Campa in 2017. She has been doing martial arts since age 5 and is currently a 3rd-degree black belt. With the use of her expertise, Ashe has hosted numerous in-person classes and virtual classes in order to combat sex trafficking and assault. Ultimately, Fight Like A Girl 305 aims to re-establish a sense of security in girls/women.
