The Howley Law Firm P.C.
www.howleylawfirm.comEmployment and Whistleblower Lawyers We are dedicated to protecting the rights of employees and professionals in employment disputes and as whistleblowers seeking financial rewards and legal protections. Our founder, John J.P. Howley, spent the first 20 years of his practice at a large law firm representing major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in their most complex patent, antitrust and product liability litigation. He now uses that experience to protect the rights of employees and professionals in employment disputes, including breach of contract, wrongful termination, hostile work environment, and retaliation cases. He also represents whistleblowers to protect the health and safety of patients, prevent fraud, waste and abuse, and obtain whistleblower rewards and protections. Mr. Howley graduated from Skidmore College and earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the Law Review. During law school, he served as an intern to U.S. District Judges Kevin Thomas Duffy and Shira A. Scheindlin. Upon graduation, he served as a law clerk to U.S. Circuit Judge Roger J. Miner on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
