The firm's fund activities include mezzanine debt / alternative debt financing via the FMMC Private Yield Fund, which offers 3 to 5 year term debt, typically working cooperatively with, but subordinated to, your bank lender. We also engage in equity buyout financing for businesses with established cashflows (minimum $1.0MM). We are interested in businesses spanning a wide range of industries including business services, manufacturing, software and distribution. Our target cheque size is $2 to $10 million. We also offer a comprehensive suite of Investment Banking and Advisory Services including mergers and acquisitions, assistance in raising capital at all stages of a company’s life cycle, and helping boards and shareholders with a variety of other strategic advisory assignments.
