WELCOME TO THE CHINESE MARTIAL ARTS & HEALTH CENTRE At our centres we teach traditional styles of Chinese Martial and Health Arts which are better known in the west as Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Our Centres are found in South Africa’s three biggest cities, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. For over 31 years we have provided comprehensive instruction in Kung Fu and have literally had tens of thousands of students study with us. Kung Fu has a long and illustrious history. Martial arts masters have passed down the teachings of their styles from generation to generation and following from a well-regarded lineage of masters we continue this tradition today. Our specialist and holistic approach not only provides exceptional self defence and fitness but also builds strength of character too.
