The Cincotta Cos. is a real estate development and investment firm created in 2017 to combine several real estate businesses into one. We build hotels, residential buildings, mixed-use, and retail properties in several markets. We'll hold our projects and invest in others, usually with an eye toward redevelopment in such cases. We like to work on complex urban-infill sites that demand a deft touch and and bring permitting challenges. Our resulting projects should add to as well as fit in to the neighborhood, and they should stand out for their architectural significance and building quality.
