We will continue to diversify our retail development business, adding centers that offer opportunities to various sized retailers, franchised retailers, as well as smaller family owned businesses. Tharp Investments also focuses on retail real estate in neighborhoods seeking revitalization assistance that have retail opportunities in high traffic areas.
