Smith Assembly is a human-centered innovation consultancy. Our two female co-founders are imaginative and highly-skilled engineers. We honed our expertise in both the most technologically advanced and least resourced environments of the world, as well as with renowned global organizations like MIT, Google, Starbucks, frog, and NASA. Our participatory and co-creative approach centers the people who build, use, and are affected by a product or program. We teach teams how to integrate inclusion, equity, and sustainability into their practices. This results in organizations that disrupt the status quo and deliver exceptional products and programs for their stakeholders and humanity. Smith Assembly's ultimate purpose is to co-create practices that enable as many people as possible in the world to thrive. We also drive impact — Smith Assembly donates 5% of our revenue every year to community-led nonprofits fostering local innovation and participates in 1% for the Planet.
