Vision, from the standpoint of first getting leaders 100% on the same page with where the organization is going and how it is going to get there. Traction, from the standpoint of helping leaders to become more disciplined and accountable, executing really well to achieve every part of the vision. Healthy, meaning helping leaders to become a healthy, functional, and cohesive leadership team. From there, as goes the leader and the leadership team so goes the rest of the organization. We get to the point where the entire organization is crystal clear on the vision, all much more disciplined and accountable in executing the vision, gaining consistent traction, and advancing as a healthy, functional, cohesive team.
