Parishkaar and its promoters have largely been involved with the organizations which are trying to improve the lives of millions of people living in economically weaker sections. In a short span of time Parishkaar has provided services to several organizations in India, Afghanistan and Nigeria. Parishkaar has a proven track record of serving more than 30 clients. Parishkaar is currently an 8 member team with wide range of experience from NGO sector, banking sector etc. The educational qualifications of its staff are quite diverse and include backgrounds like finance, rural management, social work, natural resource management, agriculture, livelihood etc from reputed management schools like IRMA, IIPM, IIFM etc.
