Peter Hucke, our founding principal is also a former Director of the New York City Tax Commission and was instrumental in the development of the Assessment Guidelines used today by NYC Assessors. He sits on the Tax Commission Board of Tax Policies and is a former member of REBNY Board of Property Tax Policies.
