HGS is best at setting up and operating a company or goverment owned crew. Generally speaking a thrid world country does not have seismograph services. If they had a government owned crew operated with our supervision, it is a way to generate a lot of jobs and revenue. Mineral companies can be required to acquire at least pert of their data using the government crew. The crew will be first class and the data aquired will be as good as it gets using high paid foriegn seismic contractors.
