We have two core areas of focus; 1. Food Systems: Scaling integration of complex (Hyperlocal Intensive Urban and Extensive Regional) sustainable food production bases and supply chains. Includes focus around carbon/water asset footprint, animal welfare, production and processing, food & feed innovation, supply chain digitisation and circular economy/waste. In Singapore this aims to support 30by30 expansion plans in production efficiency and scaling. 2. Growth Services: Support for companies scaling NED (novel, enabling and disruptive) solutions in upstream food and feed production (e.g. process innovation, feedstock innovation, novel chemistry, genetics, plant nutrition and water management) and processing that specifically support scaling of Food Systems. Together with M&A partners, we support portfolio strategy, market entry, commercial offtake agreements and securing growth capital with investors. Our approach combines a balance of strategy and execution - connecting innovators, investors and industry to drive results.
