Meredith earned her MSW with honors at Rutgers University and her BA at Washington University in St. Louis. Meredith believes that psychotherapy is a journey where the therapist and client walk together on a path toward discovery and healing. Her treatment is individualized based on client needs. She merges eastern and western traditional psychotherapy approaches to create an innovative, holistic approach toward healing.
