Our founder, Gus Rodriguez, has a long and extensive background in construction. He started out investing in real estate and was successful in acquiring, refurbishing, selling, and financing many properties resulting in a multi-million dollar portfolio. During this time, Mr. Rodriguez, with the team he had put together, saw the potential of starting a general contracting company and offering to others the same services that had made him successful in real estate. With a new found passion for construction, Mr. Rodriguez found himself having a reoccurring constant struggle with the use of sub-contractors, especially when it came to concrete work.
