Foreign Investors Association (FIA) is a non-profit association from the Republic of Moldova, founded in September 2003 by eight foreign investors, with the support of the OECD, through a project that aimed to stimulate the reforms and the improvement of the business environment in the countries of the Southeastern Europe.The Association has among its members the largest companies with foreign capital in the country, companies that offer a wide variety of goods and services, covering the whole range of fields of activity — agriculture, industry, banking sector, telecommunications, distribution and audit.
