A CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club) and Clubmark accredited amateur cricket club located in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. Founded in 1845, the club currently runs five Saturday teams who compete in the WEPL and SCL leagues, youth teams from U11's to U19's who compete in the NSYCL and U19t20 competiotions, and women's teams who play both softball and hardball fixtures throughout the year. The club hosts regular events, including birthday parties, wedding receptions and awards evenings. Recent successes includes a promotion for the 1st and 3rd XI's in 2017, a Somerset Major Cup victory in 2014, and the introduction of a new 5th XI for the 2018 season, to give all players new and old the chance to play and enjoy cricket. We have hosted teams such as Somerset CCC and the Lashings World XI in recent years, as well as putting on Beer and Cider festivals, Club Dinners, and Firework nights.
