A coming together of to-be engineers with a fascination for getting seemingly inanimate plastic and wood objects to rip and roll above our inquisitive heads. We call ourselves the Aerodynamics Club of BITS – Goa, or AeroD in short. Founded in 2008, the Club has managed to hit upon just the right mix of creativity and technique, technicality and expertise. Even though we are extremely meticulous and professional in our endeavor, we could safely say, “Jugaad” is our best friend! An acute interest in the intricacies of a field as diverse as aerodynamics, and it’s various applications, from the established, to the offbeat (check out our Sailboat project!) is what keeps our wheels turning (or propellers, if you may). With numerous projects to boast of, and a lot more on the landing approach, we plan to stay true to our motto for a long time to come. “Get high legally!”
