We do this through consultancy and contact centers via direct customer interaction and the many things that influence the overall customer experience. We opened our office in Yerevan on September, 2019. In Armenia, we provide support to customers from the e-Commerce and other industries. Our team is growing rapidly since then through onboarding motivated and energetic colleagues with bilingual skills. We invest in the development of our talent, this is why more than 85% of middle management are internal promotions.
