We Offer Three Crystal Clear Pools, One Being Adults Only! Sunrise Community Club is located in Metairie, adjacent to the eastern side of Lafreniere Park. For over a half-century, Sunrise has offered its members a fun, convenient & cost-effective way for families to socialize. Sunrise also holds adult socials throughout the year, including bonco nights, seasonal parties, dinners and more. We offer three pools: a four lane lap pool with standard 25 yard lanes, a recreational pool with a diving board & water slide, and a shallow pool for toddlers. Our crystal-clear pools are the cleanest around, receiving daily maintenance so that our members never worry about sanitation. Certified lifeguards are on duty when the pools are open. Our clubhouse a features a large activity/social event room with a beverage service area & large screen television at one end, a smaller game room for children to play ping-pong, foosball & video games or watch tv, and a full-service kitchen. The clubhouse is available for rental from the weekend after Labor Day through the weekend before pool opening on Memorial Day weekend.
