BEST provides an integrated app and training solution for common executive function issues associated with brain injury, PTSD, MS, and other conditions impacting the brain. Our BEST Suite app addresses time-management, goal-setting, initiation, and self-esteem to help users complete tasks, increase overall productivity, and establish a sense of life balance and greater independence. We also provide specialized training in other hand-picked commercially available apps to help solve the most common problems experienced by these populations at home, in the community, at school and at work. Our goal is to help users learn to use the apps we recommend to keep track of their life and goals and to maximize their energy and overall productivity.
